Placing an Order

Step 1:
Send your reservation (Ref. #, e.g. S5, S13 & S18) through SMS to HP: 96375028 or email to Yishun Koi House

Step 2:
Reply will be send to you shortly to confirm your purchase through SMS or Email

Step 3:
Choose a day and we'll confirm the time for the Koi to be delivered to your house or desired location.

Reservation for Koi

You may Reserve the Koi and decide your purchase later.
We'll reserve your choice in our website for 2 weeks. (Special arrangement can be made for longer reservation period).

If you decided not to purchase the Koi, you may cancel your reservation anytime without obligation.

We reserve the right to sell the koi to other buyer if it is not collected or delivered within 2 weeks from date of reservation unless full payment is being made.

Delivery

Free Delivery (within Singapore only) for purchase above S$50.
Due to manpower constrain, viewing on-site is by appointment only.
